Introducing: Restrepo Watches – The Lord of The Bund

Restrepo Watches, the horological passion project of prolific designer Federico Restrepo have earned a well deserved reputation for creating interesting timepieces, powered by mechanical movements, and instilled with Latin passion. But for this latest collection, Federico looks to his time in China for inspiration.

Available from October 2022, The Lord of The Bund was inspired by Federico’s experiences in Shanghai, and pays homage to his love for his wife Jin Ping and their sons Felix and Julian.

The Lord of The Bund collection is made up of two elliptical, 316L stainless steel chronographs, powered by the Seagull SL4612 automatic movement. Available in a combination of polished stainless steel and grey (Bund 1.1) or black PVD stainless steel and baby blue (Bund 1.2) both watches come equipped with sapphire crystals front and back, enamel dials, SuperLuminova filled hands, a pair of chunky vulcanised rubber straps with deployant clasp and a water resistance rating of 5ATM.
